Registered unemployment in Poland fell to 9.2 percent in May, down 0.3 percentage points on April, according to the Family, Work and Social Policy Ministry.
May’s figure was 1.5 percentage points lower than in the same month last year. “Another month in which unemployment has remained at a single-digit level and a continuously improving situation on the labour market are clear signs that we are beginning to see an employee’s market,” Family, Work and Social Policy Minister Elżbieta Rafalska said in a statement.
