Skanska Property Poland’s Managing Director Arkadiusz Rudzki has announced the launch of an office scheme in the Tri-City. “We plan to land 50,000 sqm for three projects in Warsaw, Poznań and Katowice, but we are not stopping there. The company is entering the Tri-City market. We have already bought land and begun planning procedures for the next project there,” said Arkadiusz Rudzki.
