Yes! Even Seventy-seven percent of Poles are satisfied with their jobs, according to a recent international survey. And therefore we are third place in Europe in this statistic – behind Denmark and Austria.
One of the most important issue for polish employee is job security, with one in three Poles worried they could lose their jobs, as reported by the survey of the Randstad Reseach Institute. Greece, Italy and Spain emplyees are the only one more worried than Poles.
But most of respondents to the international quarterly survey, about 80 percent, stay positive and claim that they could find a comparable job within six months.
This sounds great, but there is also another good news – polish unemployment is under eight percent. This is the lowest in more than 25 years.
According to the poll – 27 percent of Poles changed their jobs in the last year, mainly citing better work conditions, an aspiration for change, restructuring of their company, and personal ambitions, meanwhile twelve percent of respondents were actively looking for employment.
