The Finance Ministry is working on a bill that will make it obligatory for companies to file most tax declarations (including Personal Income Tax and Corporate Income Tax declarations) via the internet. The new law is scheduled to come into force in the beginning of 2015.
The changes are ?key to allowing Poland to build its e-economy and to improve relations between public administration and tax payers,? said Deloitte?s Ernest Frankowski.
Frankowski said that companies should already start preparing for the changes, implementing IT systems that will be compatible with the e-declaration system. ?It is also important to verify of accounting firms that the companies work with are prepared for the regulation changes,? he added.
