Stabilisation of inflation in Poland

Great news for Polish economy – according to Bank Millennium chief economist Grzegorz Maliszewski, Polish CPI is likely to stabilize in the following months, while at the end of the year it could decline given high base from last year. On the contrary, mBank economist Piotr Bartkiewicz claims that the June level will have been the lowest this year.

In the next months CPI will be raised by the summer increase of food prices and higher base inflation associated with services higher prices.
